RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged products. You may exchange your item within 7 days from the date you received your order. All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with all tags and original packing attached.
Please email us stating the reason for your request. We will review your request and our customer service representative will get back to you within 3 business days.
Once we accept the request, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. The shipping fee for the exchange order will be waived.
Please note: All items will not be accepted for exchange without approval.
Upon dispute, OKLab reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange cases.
